Womens Rules and Tips

The diagram below shows the dimensions of the field with the positions used (one team only to avoid conjestion).

There are a total of 12 players per team; this includes 1 goalie, 3 defence, 5 midfield and 3 attack.

• Defence consists of Point (P), Cover Point (CP) and 3rd/Third Man (3M).
• Midfield includes 4 wings – 2 attack (one on each side) and 2 defence (one on each side) – Left Attack (LA), Right Attack (RA), Left Defence (LD) and Right Defence (RD).
• Attack is made up of three positions (Home); 1st/First Home (1H), 2nd/Second Home (2H) and 3rd/Third Home (3H).
